International education moves
students
forward
At Meddeas, we know that an international experience can be life-changing.
For more than 10 years, we have been helping people to take the next step in their future, accompanying them throughout the process. We are the leading private company in the management of Language Assistants in Spain and, each year, we facilitate more than 600 people from all over the world to come to Spain to teach English.
Our mission is to open doors to new opportunities, promoting personal and professional growth through cultural exchange, with international mobility programs that not only enrich academically and professionally, but also foster a positive impact on an increasingly global society. Every experience counts and is an opportunity to learn, connect and advance.
Values that drive us define us
«We’re determined to be a leader in international mobility programs, growing our services and markets, but always sticking to our values and the way we do things.
Everyone at Meddeas, whether they’re a participant, an educational centre or a member of our team, is committed to excellence, diversity and continuous learning. This commitment keeps us moving forward and opening doors to new opportunities.»

Over 10 years ago, we set out to create opportunities for those who wanted to have an international experience that would benefit both participants and educational centers. This is how Meddeas was born, along with the Multilingual Education Development and Support group, with a clear purpose: to facilitate educational and international mobility experiences that transform lives, both personally and professionally.
True to this purpose, we took a step further with ConversaSpain. This brand was created to offer a unique cultural immersion that impacts not only the participants but also the schools and their students. Today, ConversaSpain collaborates with the Departments of Education of the Community of Madrid, Region of Murcia, Castilla-La Mancha, and Castilla y León, bringing Language Assistants to public schools in these regions.
The next natural step was Gloading. After years of supporting participants in their adventure in Spain and with a team of experts in documentation and support, we created Gloading to continue connecting cultures and opening paths for those seeking an international experience.
Always committed
At Meddeas, we believe in the transformative power of education and cultural exchange. Our programs connect people from all over the world, helping them overcome linguistic and cultural barriers, and opening doors to a future with more academic and professional opportunities.
We believe that education and culture are drivers of change, which is why we voluntarily allocate at least 0.7% of our annual revenue to initiatives that promote educational, cultural, and social development.
We allocate
0,7%
of our annual turnover to social causes related to education, culture and development.
